Planning Breech on Hog Lane

The planning application submitted by the occupants of the Hog Lane site has still to be validated by Bucks. The Community Group will update the village when this is done, and representations can be submitted on the application by residents. A dialogue is ongoing with planning enforcement officers and other preliminary lines of enquiry are also being looked into. Such representations are no longer publicly shown or individual commentator names on the Buckinghamshire planning application portal.

In the meantime, all villagers should remain vigilant to ensure that the terms of the injunction issued by the Court on Easter Saturday continue to be complied with. Any breaches should be immediately reported directly to Buckinghamshire Planning Enforcement
