Meetings

The Parish Council holds Parish Council meetings 6 times a year in January, March, May, July, September and November

Dates for meetings in 2026 are:

January 28^th

March 18^th

May 20^th

July 29^th

September 9^th

November 18^th

Agendas can be found 1 week prior to the meeting in the ‘Agendas’ tab. Minutes will be posted after the meeting in the ‘Minutes’ tab.

Historical agendas and minutes can be found in the Archive.

Additional Meetings will also be held for Annual meetings (in May) and ad hoc planning applications.

All meetings will  be held in either the Old School in Ashley Green or the Coronation Hall in Whelpley Hill. Please check the agendas for the correct location.
